I Ravinder Grewal of The Post Office, 2 Barton Street, West Bromwich, B70 8AJ hereby give notice that I have applied to Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred above as a sex shop/ sex cinema. During the hours of Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm, non- religious bank holidays 10am to 6pm.
Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to – Licensing Unit, Walsall Council, 200 Pelsall Road, Brownhills, Walsall, WS8 7EN, within 28 days of the date of this Notice.
