NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A

PREMISES LICENCE

Premises Name: One Stop. Premise address: 7 Woodlands Centre, Wood
Lane, Willenhall, WV12 5ND. Notice is hereby given that Henley Retail
WH Limited has applied to Walsall Council as the Licensing Authority for
a variation to the premises licence WS/PRL/0031. Proposed changes: The
opening hours; The plan, to include a new Service Hatch; The Conditions
on the premises Licence. Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing
Unit, Walsall Council Environment Depot, 200 Pelsall Road, Brownhills,
Walsall, WS8 7EN. or via email to

Licensing@walsall.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than: 11/12/2025. The
Application Record and Register may be viewed by prior arrangement with
the licensing authority, please email us at Licensing@walsall.gov.uk .
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly
or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction
to a fine of any amount.
