Premises Plot 21, High Street West (Former Argos Site) Notice is given that Sunderland City Council has applied to Sunderland City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are: Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Performances of Dance) - Every Day (09:00 - 23:00)

Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) - Every Day (09:00 - 23:00)
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Other Entertainment falling within Act) - Every Day (09:00 - 23:00)
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (plays) - Every Day (09:00 - 23:00)
Sale by Retail of Alcohol - Every Day (09:00: - 23:00)
Seasonal Variation for all activities and the Provision of Late Night Refreshment -

Sunday - Thursday 10:00-00:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00-01:00
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA. A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall. Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council no later than 10 December 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
