Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain
Limited have made an application under Section
17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to North East
Derbyshire District Council for a Premises Licence
for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Wreakes Lane,
Dronfield, S18 1LY for sale of alcohol by retail for
consumption off the premises during the hours
07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Any person intending to make relevant
representations on this application should submit
them in writing to: Licensing Section, North East
Derbyshire District Council, District Council
Offices, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield
Derbyshire S42 6NG or by e-mailing to:
ne-derbyshire.gov.uk. Representations must be
received no later than 11/12/2025.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an
application for which you may be liable to a fine not
exceeding level 5 on the standard scale on
summary of conviction.
