NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Back of the Net Wakefield Ltd has applied to Wakefield Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of 19 Flanshaw Way, Flanshaw, Wakefield, WF2 9LP. The application is to permit indoor sporting events, live and recorded music, late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors), and the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. Proposed hours of operation: Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:30. Seasonal variations / non-standard timings: Indoor sporting events – May to September, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve until 00:30. Live music and alcohol – Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and Sundays before a Bank Holiday until 00:00, and New Year’s Eve until 01:00. Recorded music – Christmas Eve until 00:00 and New Year’s Eve until 01:00.
