Take notice that I, Sammy Clarke Of 21-22 The Centre, Margate CT9 1JG Have applied to Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as Where Else? under the above Act.

Any representation in respect of the application should be made using the form on the website that can be found at the link above before 12th December.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
