East Walk, Basildon - Application for a Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

I/We THE SUSHI CO (BASILDON) Ltd do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Basildon Council for a New Premises Licence at 23 East Walk, Basildon, SS14 1HA and known as The Sushi Co. The application will be the retail supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises on Monday – Sunday from 11:00 until 22:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Authority, Basildon Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon, SS14 1DL or licensing@basildon.gov.uk not later than 5th December 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed on the council’s website at: http://www.basildon.gov.uk/licences

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
