Notice of Application for Premises Licence

We, S&J Food Beverage Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of: JK Off Licence Store, 374 Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea SS2 6NA. The relevant licensable activity which it is proposed will be carried on is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only during the following hours: 07:00 hours to 24:00 hours each day.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 3rd December 2025. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licsact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
