LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCED PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Leila Ghanadi has applied in respect of Caffe Italissimo Ltd trading as Leila's Italiano to vary a current Licenced Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the Extend the licence from 10pm until 11pm.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 1/2/25 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 09:00 and 16:00 and/ or at www.darlington.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
