What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Fish and Chips 366 Limited to the Licensing Authority of Darlington Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Yarm Road Fish & Chips at 366 Yarm Road, Darlington DL1 1XL. The application includes the following terms
1. To enable the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 11:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs daily.
Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council, Corporate Services, Public Protection Division, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, County Durham DL1 5QT.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 8th December 2025 (www.darlington.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
