NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Name of applicant: Local retail Limited Postal address of premises: Morrisons Daily, 22-24 North Street, Winchcombe, GL54 5PS

The applicant proposes to carry on the following licensable activities at the above premises as follows: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises: Monday to Sunday: 07:00 - 22:00

Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must do so in writing to: Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT or by email to: licensing@tewkesbury.gov.uk Representations must be made by no later than: 12th December 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
