Notice is hereby given that Samantha Mack has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Council for a premises licence as follows:

  1. Opening hours 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

  2. On and off alcohol Sales 10:00 to 22:30 Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the above address by 4th December 2025.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
