APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by EI Group Limited to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Queen of Spades situated at Wellington Road, Boston, Lincolnshire PE21 0NX.

The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises Sunday–Thursday 10:00 until 23:30 Friday– Saturday 10:00 until 01:00 the following day 24th December – 26th December 1 additional hour following the permitted hours for that day From the end of permitted hours on 31st December to the start of permitted hours on 1st January Provision of live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description (indoors & outdoors) Sunday–Thursday 10:00 until 00:00 Friday–Saturday 10:00 until 01:30 the following day 24th December – 26th December 1 additional hour following the permitted hours for that day From the end of permitted hours on 31st December to the start of permitted hours on 1st January Provision of Late Night Refreshment on & off the premises Sunday–Thursday 23:00 until 00:00 Friday–Saturday 23:00 until 01:30 the following day 31st December 23:00 until 05:00 the following day The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire PE21 8QR during normal office hours.

Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Tuesday 9th December 2025.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
