NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Premises Or Club Premises: Heron Foods, 10-12 Frederick
Street, South Shields, NE33 5EA. Notice is given that
Heron Foods Limited has applied to South Tyneside
Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence or Club
Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. The
Licensable activities are: The sale of alcohol off the
premises Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday
10:00 to 18:00. The opening hours of the premises are
Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to
18:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing to:
Licensing Section, South Tyneside Council, Development
Services, Level 2, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe
Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL. Representations must be
received no later than 8 December 2025. The Application
Record and Register may be viewed during normal office
hours at the above address or at

www.southtyneside.info


It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(unlimited)
