Notice is given that C.B. Market Ltd T/A CB Romanian Trading has applied to Mansfield District Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The licensable activities are: sale of alcohol for off-premises consumption; Monday - Friday & Sunday: 09:00 to 21:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 21:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 7BH. Representations must be received no later than 5 December 2025.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale.
