What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under
Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Walsall
Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known
as Heron Foods, 54-56 King Street, Darlaston, WS10 8DE. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises
Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. The
opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00
and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing
Unit, Walsall Council, Civic Centre, Walsall, WS1 1TP or by email to

licensing@walsall.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than:
9 December 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed
during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is
liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
