LICENSING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1985
(Article 44a, Schedule 9 paras 2 & 3)
Take notice, that I, Adrian Swift of 9 Cluster Road, Newtownhamilton, Newry, BT35 0AR being the holder of a licence authorising the sale of intoxicating liquor at the premises situated at Swifty's, 16 The Square, Newtownhamilton, BT35 OAA, such premises being the kind mentioned in Article 5(1) (a) of the Licensing NI Order 1996 to which an order of 1st January 2026 under article 44 of the said Order applies and intend to apply at the Magistrates Court at Newry on 11th December 2026 for an order 104 days as specified in the application for said Article 44 Order.
An additional hour beginning immediately after the end of the period authorised by the said Article 44 Order.
The Licence required for the premises for which the application is made by a Council under Schedule 1 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 will be produced at the hearing of the application.
