What is proposed?
Licensing of Place of Entertainment Notice of Applications for the renewal of Entertainment Licenses pursuant Art. 3 schedule 1 the Local Government (misc Provisions) (NI) order 1985
Take notice that application dated 31st October 2022 was made for: 7 Day Annual Entertainments Licence for: Balmoral Hotel 161 Blacks Road Dunmurry, Belfast, BT10 0ND
Permitting: A theatrical performance Dancing, singing or music or any entertainment of a like kind. Any public contest, display etc. of boxing, wrestling, judo, karate or similar sport, or billiards, pool, snooker, or similar game or darts. A circus Machines and equipment for entertainment or amusement Equipment for the playing of billiards, pool, snooker, or other similar game. Any public outdoor musical entertainment Representation in relation to this application shall give notice to the Head of Building Control, 5th Floor, 9 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, no later than 28 days after the date of the application.
