What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Ferocious Un Limited has applied to London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as YOU Studio, Cadogan House, 60 Hythe Road, London NW10 6RS.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of plays (indoors), films (indoors), live music (indoors), recorded music (indoors), performance of dance (indoors) and entertainment of a similar description to music and dance (indoors): Monday to Sunday, 00:00 to 23:59 (24/7).
The provision of late night refreshment (indoors): Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 05:00.
The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday, 00:00 to 23:59 (24/7).
Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk, or via our register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing to be received by 10th December 2025.

Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
