LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A 'PROVISIONAL STATEMENT' FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Proposed Premises: Front Row Biltong unit 19B Airport Industrial Estate, Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 2EF
Notice is given that Front Row Biltong applied to Newcastle City Council on 14 November 2025 under the Licensing Act 2003 for a a' Provisional Statement' for a Premises Licence to carry on the following licensable activities:-
Supply/Sale by retail of alcohol, Tuesday- Friday 11:00-17:30 and Saturday 10:00-14:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority , Newcastle City Council , Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH
Representations must be received by 12 December 2025
NOTE:- There are restrictions on any further representations if a 'Provisional Statement' is issued as a result of this application
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at he above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk
It is an offense under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offense is up to level 5 on the standard scale £5000.
