NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Param Jeet Bhagtana has applied to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Majha Block Midland Road Nuneaton CV11 5DZ
The application is to:- Sell Alcohol for consumption Off the premises Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 23:00
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5AA. A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address by Midnight 10th December 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
