APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises GSD Supermarket 8A Maritime Terrace
Sunderland SR1 3JT. Notice is given that Kamu
Properties Ltd has applied to Sunderland City
Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing
Act 2003. The proposed licensable activities are:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol – Monday – Sunday
00:00 - 23:59. Late Night Refreshment - Monday
– Sunday 23:00 - 05:00.
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council
is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing
Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1
3AA. A record of the application may be inspected
by appointment during the hours Monday to
Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the
Customer Services Centre, City Hall. To make an

Representations regarding the application must be
made in writing to the Council emailing

licensing@

sunderland.gov.uk no later than 5th December
2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and the maximum fine for which a person is liable
on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
