application for an entertainments licence pursuant to Art. 3 of the Local Government

(Miscellaneous Provision) (NI) Order 1985

Take notice that application dated 29th October 2025 was made for a 7 Day Annual Entertainments Licence for:

Funstation Units L3 & L9, Odyssey Pavilion, Queens Quay, Belfast, BT3 9QQ

permitting:
Machines and equipment for entertainment or amusement.

Representations in relation to this application may be made by giving notice to the Building Control Manager, Belfast City Council, Cecil Ward Building, 4-10 Linenhall Street, Belfast, Bt2 8BP, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, no later than 28 days after the date of the application.
