What is proposed?
Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Leeds United FC Conference
And Events in respect of Premises know as SWC Fanzone,
Elland Road Stadium, West Stand Car Park, Leeds, LS11
0ES, applied to Leeds City Council for a Variation of a
Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to: Seek approval to add the retail
sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to the
existing licensing activities. The consumption off the
premises will only be permitted in the area edged blue on
the plan.
To remove condition 10 of the current premises licence
which reads: “The plan of the premises has a capacity limit
for any persons being in the licensed area at any one time.
The capacity limit being 424 people within the licensed area
defined by a red line for the sale/supply and consumption
of alcohol”.
Any representations about this application must be made in
writing by 10 December 2025 and sent to the Licensing
Service, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR
or via email
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
The record of the application may be inspected at the
address of the council, given above, during normal business
hours or on the council's website
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
