Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made
an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
City of Wolverhampton Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great
Britain Limited, Parkfield Road, Wolverhampton, WV4 6EH (Former
Gills Meat Product Site) for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off
the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
The above application for a Premises Licence may be inspected via a
prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email
wolverhampton.gov.uk
Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing
to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton,
WV1 1SH or electronically to
licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk
by no
later than 11/12/2025
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application, and the maximum penalty to which a
person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is an
unlimited fine.
