NOTICE is hereby given that I/we, Urmston Restaurant Group Limited applied on 11/11/2025 for a NEW Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Mulino Restaurant, 1 Primrose Avenue, Urmston, Manchester, M41 0TY under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Sale/Supply Holding Of of Alcohol and Regulated Entertainment: Monday to Saturday 12:00-00:00 and Sunday 12:00-22:00 and Provision of Late Other Night Refreshment: Monday to Saturday 23:00-00:00 when times the Premises open: Monday to Sunday 12:00-00:00
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION, TRAFFORD COUNCIL, TRAFFORD TOWN HALL, TALBOT ROAD, STRETFORD, MANCHESTER, M32 0TH
Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted.

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
