Licensing Act 2003 - Application for A Premises Licence
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above mentioned legislation has been made by Mrs Madeleine Taylor to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises which are known as Coffee Paws & More situated at Main Road, Langrick, Boston, PE22 7AJ.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, are as follows:
Supply of Alcohol on Friday & Saturday (1600 to 2300
Hours) and Sunday (1200 to 1600 Hours)
The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours (email: licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).
Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 11 December 2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the licence application.
