Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that The Old Hellfire Club Limited has applied to the Spelthorne Borough Council on 07/11/2025 for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as The Old Hellfire Club, Gartside House, Harris Way, Sunbury-on- Thames TW16 7EL. The proposed licensable activities are The Retail Sale of Alcohol: Wed. & Thu. 18.00 to 23.00, Fri. & Sat. 20.00 to 02.00 & Sun. 14.00 to 20.00. Regulated Entertainment: Wed. & Thu. 18.00 to 23.00, Fri. & Sat. 20.00 to 02.00 & Sun. 14.00 to 20.00. Late Night Refreshment: Fri. & Sat. 20.00 to 02.00. With additional hours on New Year’s Eve & Days after a Bank Holiday (see application for details).

The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website www. spelthorne.gov.uk or inspected at their offices at Knowle Green, Staines, TW18 1XB by appointment. Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority or by email to licensing@spelthorne.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must be received no later than 05/12/2025.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is Unlimited.
