Licensing Act 2003, Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

We, VST Forecourts Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Carmarthenshire County Council on the 12/11/2025 for the Variation of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Park Street Garage, Park Street, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, SA18 2ET from which the following licensable activities are proposed.

The retail sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing 3 Spilman Street Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire SA31 1LE or online at www.carmarthenshire.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, or by email to SCHLicensing@carmarthenshire.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by the 10/12/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine 12/11/2025
