What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Stoke-on-Trent City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, Unit 5, Longton Exchange Shopping Centre, The Strand, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 2HR.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00.

The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00.
