THE LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

We AD MAIORA ITA Ltd do hereby give notice that an application ref. number PR202510-1702781, was made to Manchester City Council on the 24/10/2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises known as AD MAIORA ITA at Ground Floor - 84 Tib Street Manchester M4 1LG from which the following licensable activities are proposed: Independent Italian Sandwich shop supplying alcohol between hours of Monday to Sunday: 11:00 to 22:00 inclusive.

Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant, should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to The Licencing Unit, Manchester City Council, Town Hall Albert Square, Manchester M2 5DB, email address premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. Any representation must be made by 8 December 2025. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office between hours 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine
