What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that The Trustees of Bradninch Town Trust, as the Management Committee of The Guildhall, has applied to Mid Devon District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:

The Guildhall, Fore Street, Bradninch, EX5 4NN.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises 08:00-23:00 daily.

The application also requests the Alternative Mandatory Condition so that no Designated Premises Supervisor is required; alcohol supplies will instead be made or authorised by the Management Committee.

Any person wishing to make a representation must do so in writing, by 3rd December 2025, to: Licensing Team, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP or licensing@middevon.gov.uk.

The full application can be viewed at the above address during office hours or online at www.middevon.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application; the maximum fine on conviction is £5,000.
