What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Birdie Bays Ltd has applied to Shropshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:
Birdie Bays Golf Studio, Unit F7, Greenwood Court, Cartmel Drive, Shrewsbury, SY1 3TB.
The application is to permit: Supply of alcohol (on the premises): Monday–Thursday 10:00–20:30, Friday–Saturday 08:00–21:30, Sunday 08:00–20:30The premises will operate as an indoor golf simulator leisure venue, where alcohol sales are ancillary to the main activity.
Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Team, Shropshire Council, Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury, SY3 8HQ or by email to

licensing@shropshire.gov.uk

no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. Full details of the application can be viewed at

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
