NAME OF APPLICANT: Dragon Soul Projects Limited
POSTAL ADDRESS OF PREMISES: Dragon Soul Cafe, Nix Service Station, Forton Road, TF10 7JR
DETAILS OF RELEVANT LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises: 1.Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 09:00–22:00 daily, with the premises open to the public during the same hours.
2.Authorise regulated entertainment as follows:
● Live music (indoors) between 09:00 and 22:00 daily.
● Recorded music (indoors and outdoors) between 09:00 and 22:00 daily.
● Anything of a similar description to live or recorded music or performance of dance (including karaoke and themed events) between 09:00 and 22:00 daily. While the premises wish to maintain flexibility to host occasional daytime events or private functions, it is anticipated that live music and other entertainment will usually take place during the evening period. Any such activities will continue to be managed responsibly to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other persons must be made in writing to the licensing authority detailed above within 28 days of the application date. The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the above applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
