What is proposed?

To whom it may concern: l, Tonya Marye Lord do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence Certificate at 103 High Street, Crediton, EX17 3LF and known as The Lekker Saffa.
The application is to permit the provision of the following licensable activity. Retail Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises - Monday to Sunday - 09:30 - 19:00.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website:https ://www. m i d d evo n . gov.u kl bu s i n ess/li ce n s i n g/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessty to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
