What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the Premises Licence at Co-op, Mandora House, 3 Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow, London E17 6DS to extend the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from Mon - Sun 0600-2300 to Mon-Sun 0000 – 2400 (24 hours) The store will close to the public at 2300 Mon - Sun and re-open at 0600 on the following day Mon - Sun. All sales between 2300 – 0600 Mon - Sun will be for on-line delivery only. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF. Or by email licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk by 4 December 2025. The Application may be viewed at Council Offices or www.walthamforest.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
