What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-op, Retail Unit CG, 18 Harbour Island, Harbour Exchange Square, London E14 9GE to extend the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from Mon - Sun 0700-2300 to Mon-Sun 0000 – 2400 (24 hours)

The store will close to the public at 2300 Mon - Sun and re-open at 0700 on the following day Mon - Sun. All sales between 2300 – 0700 Mon - Sun will be for on-line delivery only. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ Or by email licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk by 4 December 2025. The Application may be viewed by appointment at Council Offices or www.towerhamlets.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
