What is proposed?

Application for a New Premises Licence – Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by SLQR Trustee No 1 Limited and SLQR Trustee No 2 Limited on behalf of SLQR Unit Trust No 3 Limited to Camden Council for a New Premises Licence for premises known as and situated at Club House, Level 8, The Block, Space House, 1 Kemble Street, London SW7 5EL. The premises will not be open to the public and will operate as a facility for the benefit of tenants, the applicant and their employees and guests. The application provides for the licensable activities of the sale and supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 11am and 10pm daily and proposes conditions.

The register of applications can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk or members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can view the applications at the address for giving representations below or by request by calling 020 8359 7443.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority (Contact Camden) 5 Pancras Square C/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JE or online at www.camden.gov.uk giving the grounds of objection/ representation by Friday 5 December 2025.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
