NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Qube (Shoreditch) Limited has applied to London Borough of Hackney on 05 November 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Qube, The Old Dairy, 110-122 Clifton Street, London, EC2A 4HT for the provision of regulated entertainment (Films, Live & Recorded Music), the provision of late night refreshment, and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Thursday 08:00-23:00, Friday to Saturday 08:00-00:00 and Sunday 10:00-22:30, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY or by email to: licensing@hackney.gov.uk to be received by no later than 03 December 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.hackney.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
