Linthorpe Road - application for the grant of the Premises Licence
What is proposed?

D&D Cafe African Restaurant Limited do hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Middlesbrough Council for the grant of the Premises Licence at 341 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 6AB.
The application is to permit the supply of alcohol on and off the premises from 12:00 to 23:30 Monday to Sunday and 12:00 to 01:00 New Years Eve, and to provide regulated entertainment (recorded music) and late night refreshment from 23:00 to 24:00 on Monday to Sunday and 23:00 to 01:00 New Years Eve. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Manager, Middlesbrough Council Licensing, Fountain Court, Grange Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 2DT.
Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk no later than 10th December 2025.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
