What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED has applied to Dudley Metropolitan Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Union, 54 Water Street, Kingswinford DY6 7QB.

The proposed variation is for the following: This variation has been submitted to request a change to the licensed trading area to include the snug bar, shown by the red line on the submitted plan.

This variation is also to request the addition of licensing conditions as agreed with Dudley Metropolitan Council. If you wish to make any representations in connection with this application, you must write to: The Licensing Department, Liquor.Licensing@dudley.gov.uk on or before 3rd December 2025. The Council's Licensing Register may also be viewed online at: www.dudley.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
