Premises Licence Variation

We, CBD Festival Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied on 7 November 2025 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Vicarage Farm, Vicarage Lane, Woodmancote, Winchester, SO21 3BL.

The effect of the variation is to:

Increase the maximum number of people permitted on site to 6999 persons (previously 4999)

Increase the licensable area shown on current plan to include the camping areas

Amend the Sale of Alcohol to start at 10:00 (previously 12:00)

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 5 December 2025. Details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
