Licensing Act 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Nelson Sabastianpillai Uthyatathas Has applied for a PREMISES LICENCE for Hall Lane News 75 Hall Lane Liverpool L7 8TE to Liverpool City Council

For the following licensable activities

Alcohol Off Licence. Alcohol for sale. 7am - 11pm Monday to Sunday (for consumption off the premises)

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through the QR Code below or - liverpool.gov.uk/licensing representations, alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the Starting 12th November 2025 - 9th December 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
