What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that Verona Cleckheaton LTD have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as 6-14 Central Parade, Cleckheaton BD19 3RU.
The proposed licensable activity is for the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises. Every day from 12:00 noon untill 23:00 pm and on New years eve from 12:00 noon untill 2:00 am
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 8th December 2025
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
