What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the ELMBRIDGE BOROUGH COUNCIL for a premises licence under the above Act on 10TH NOVEMBER 2025 and will commence consultation on the 11TH NOVEMBER 2025.

Applicant: T WISEMAN LIMITED

Address of premises: FARRANTS, 15-19 HIGH STREET, COBHAM, SURREY, KT11 3DH.

Proposed variation to the licensable activities: AMEND CONDITIONS 3, 5 & 6.

Proposed days and hours of licensable activity:

EVERY DAY ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON & OFF PREMISES – HOURS & DAYS AS EXISTING.

The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is:

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 working days of the date of this notice – by the 8TH DECEMBER 2025.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the offence is punishable on summary conviction on or after that day by a fine of any amount.
