What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Chopstix Restaurant Limited to the Licensing Authority of Newcastle City Council for a Premises Licence for Chopstix at 59-61 Northumberland Street, Newcastle, NE1 7AF.

The application includes the following terms:

1. To enable late night refreshment between 23:00 and 01:00 the following mornings Mondays to Sundays.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH by 4 December 2025.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
