Site Notice for Application for a PREMISES LICENCE

This notice is to advise that on 4th day of November
2025 an application for a Premises Licence was
made to Hastings Borough Council for the
premises known as NISA LOCAL, 38-39 Marina, St
Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex TN38 0BU. Was
made by Marina Retail Store Ltd, For the following
licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol [off sales] –
Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 23:00 hours.
Any person wishing to make representations about
this application should write to Hastings Borough
Council, Head of Environment & Place, Muriel
Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34
3UY, or email

within
twenty eight consecutive days from the date of the
application shown above. The application can be
viewed by pre-arranged appointment at our offices,
during office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application &
a person is liable to a fine of up to a maximum of
£5,000 on summary conviction for the offence.
