What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Rattle and Clank Limited to
the Licensing Authority of Portsmouth City Council for a
Premises Licence for The Siren, 68 Palmerston Road,
Southsea, PO5 3SJ. The application is to permit live music,
recorded music, and the sale of alcohol for consumption on
and off the premises between 1000 and 0100 each day and
late-night refreshment until 0130 each day, with an
additional 2 hours for all licensable activities on New Years
Eve. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the
offices of the Licensing Authority at Portsmouth City
Council, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth,
Hampshire, PO1 2AL. A responsible authority or any other
person can make written representations to the Licensing
Authority at any time up to and including 1st December

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
