VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing
Limited have applied to Doncaster Metropolitan Borough
Council on 04th November 2025 for a variation to a
premises licence to use the premises at the: Tut N Shive,
6 West Laith Gate, Doncaster, DN1 1SF. The application is
to vary the hours for Sale of Alcohol and Opening Hours
from 09:00 am daily. For further details, please view
the application. Any person who wishes to make a
representation in relation to this application must give
notice in writing of their representation by 02nd December
2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to:

Licensing Authority must receive representations by the
date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard
to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
or in connection with an application for premises licence
and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
