APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Kazper Restaurants Limited t/a
McDonald’s Restaurants has applied to West
Northamptonshire Council on 7th November 2025 for the
variation of a premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants,
Kettering Road, Northampton, NN3 6AA. The premises
licence currently authorises the restaurant to open from
06:00-00:00 Mondays to Sundays and to provide late night
refreshment from 23:00-00:00 Mondays to Sundays. The
variation is to extend the opening and licensable hours in
line with the Planning Permission to enable the restaurant
to open and trade late night refreshment 24/7. Any person
who wishes to make a representation in relation to this
application must give notice in writing to :- The Licensing
Team, West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square,
Northampton. NN1 1ED or by e-mail to
Licensing.nbc@westnorthants.gov.uk
Representations must be received NO LATER THAN 5th
December 2025. The full application can inspected on the
Council’s website
or by
contacting the department above.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
